Today i am sitting in front of my compaq presario and looking through pages of Mac computers. hmmm. options.
I am eating indian bombay potatos from a pouch and have the newly recorded versions of my songs on repeat. (here they are for curious onlookers: http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=188772752 ) what a day! The boys and i are all moved in to our new place and we love it so far. The best part is walking everywhere. Everywhere! Subway, the park, the school, the cute new pizza place across the street. its fun. and amazing.
Today I'm a bit under the weather so the boys are downstairs making a riot playing imaginary baseball (imaginary bats and balls included) and I'm thinking of putting in a movie.

Yesterday as i rolled out of bed thinking of the thousand and one things i needed to do. I decided to do none of them. I sat myself down on my big comfy couch and cooked myself an amazing spicy stirfry (the kind that makes your eyes water profusely and your nose run so much you need extra napkins) and watched the romantic comedy 27 dresses. Well the movie was alright. It was mostly what i needed at the moment.... But also made me feel a bit angry at the simplicity of love in that movie. (yet i think thats another blog... ) Then i walked the 4 mile or so trek to work and made a whopping 25 dollars.

Thunderstorms and sunshine. oh washington. Im kind of glad its raining today, i must admit. Im glad i get to stay home and cuddle with my chitlins and play imaginary baseball. What a day.

Those days in Tacoma remain fresh...I remember the smell of things and I could taste that stir fry...These days, I work more than I have ever done before and I feel a true sense of reward...Helping another human is the greatest feature of this life...
Trinidad is alive and well, although crime is a bit over the top...
I know now what it means to live in a country and feel for it...Trinidad is something really special...please make the time to visit...

I hope all is well my good friend...

God Bless
